In order to train high quality overhead crane operating personnel, overhead crane operator training system based on virtual reality is imperative and in great demand. This paper aims at developing an Overhead crane training system based on virtual reality technology. The article points out that the application of virtual reality technology will be trend in overhead crane operator teaching simulation, introduces a virtual simulation on overhead crane operator teaching system and its achieving components.
